General Terms:

These terms and conditions govern the sale of used vehicles by Hans Hyundai H-promise (referred to as "the Dealer") to any individual or entity (referred to as "the Buyer").

By purchasing a used vehicle from the Dealer, the Buyer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.

The Dealer retains the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Vehicle Description:

The Dealer will provide an accurate description of each vehicle for sale, including its make, model, year, mileage, condition, and any known defects.  

The Buyer acknowledges that there may be minor variations between the vehicle’s description and its actual condition.

Pricing and Payments:

The prices of vehicles are as listed on the Dealer's website or at the point of sale and may change without prior notice.  

The buyer agrees to pay the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes, fees, and charges.  

Payment must be completed in full before ownership possession of the vehicle is transferred to the Buyer.  

Vehicle Inspection and Test Drive:

The buyer has the right to inspect and test drive the vehicle before purchase to assess its condition and suitability.

The buyer acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring the vehicle meets their requirements and expectations.

Warranty and Returns:

All vehicles are sold "as is" without any warranty, either express or implied unless stated in writing by the Dealer.

The buyer understands that returns or exchanges are not allowed once the sale is finalized, except as required by applicable law.

Title and Registration:

The Dealer shall provide the necessary documents for title transfer and registration of the vehicle in the buyer's name upon receipt of full payment.

The buyer is responsible for any costs associated with title transfer, registration, and licensing of the vehicle.

Liability:

The dealer shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the buyer resulting from the use or ownership of the vehicle.  

The buyer agrees to hold the dealer free from any claims, liabilities, or disputes arising from the purchased vehicle.  

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

By purchasing a vehicle from the Dealer, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
